• USJ 23 Neighbourhood Night Watch was started by James Chong, with only 15 members, and they were doing weekly duty roster from 2.00 am to 5.00 am, with 2 members per night
  A N/W committee was formed:-
  Chairman: James Chong
  Treasurer: Solai Rajan
  Secretary: Jackson Wong
  Committee Members: Heldee, Patrick Novel, Mohd Hatar, Hoe Choon Keong and Teh Kim Yong.
  Members have to pay a monthly subscription of RM10.00.
