The above activity was held 05/05/2002 from 5.00pm.to 7.00pm.,located near the
guardhouse, and 38 residents participated in this round. Thanks to
residents whom have contributed and supported this campaign.

23 Neighbourhood Night Watch
The attendance of NW members have
somewhat deteriorated, due to some members lacking committed, and this
fail to perform their NW duty. Those gentlemen MIA =
MISSING IN ACTION, to come out and play your part. The
committee deliberated on this matter on 03/05/02 and we have decided
to talk to absentees, as well as all USJ 23 residents on our proposal
to improve security in USJ 23, and you will be approached by our
committee members to very soon on this matter.
